The Affiliate Relations Specialist will be a point of contact between Americor’s Affiliate Partners and all other Americor departments in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. They are also responsible for supporting the Affiliate Teams and acting as the liaison between the Affiliates and Americor. The Affiliate Relations Specialist will update client files with relevant information. They will be responsible for managing their day-to-day work while ensuring that the quality and execution of the workload are reviewed in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the quality of settlement letter uploads for accuracy. The Affiliate Relations Specialist maintains and gathers client information and documentation, manages deadlines, and provides outstanding customer service to the Affiliate Partners and other internal departments.
 

Work Location: Irvine, CA.

Compensation: $25.00 an hour.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open lines of communication with the Affiliate Partners to keep them apprised of the status of the accounts that they are working on.
  • ​​​​​Communicate with Affiliates via email and phone calls.
  • Create tasks, update information and maintain accurate notes in the CRM, follow up on daily tasks as necessary.
  • Meet deadlines on tasks and all position-related projects.
  • Maintains professional relationships with internal departments and Affiliate Partners; reliable, punctual, tactful, considerate of others, and practices open communication.
  • Performs other related job duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have debt resolution experience.
  • Training experience is a plus!
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office programs,
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills, quick and efficient typing skills. 40 WPM.
  • This is an in-house position, you must be able to commute to the Irvine office daily.
  • Detailed knowledge of creditor guidelines and strong understanding of debt resolution process.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations calmly and effectively.
  • Superior professional skills, focusing on innovation, and a big picture understanding; adept at conflict resolution, resolving difficult employee situations quickly and effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
  • Results-oriented team player.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are a must.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing while utilizing specialized skills of tact and persuasion.
  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to properly apply policies and procedures to various situations.
  • Superior time management, multitasking, and organizational skills; able to work under deadline constraints while completing work accurately and efficiently.
  • Good judgment with a highly developed sense of integrity and ability to consistently adhere to company and department guidelines and accurately apply policies and procedures to various situations.
 

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
