Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option.
- Address client concerns and overcome objections in a persuasive and professional manner to guide them toward an informed decision.
- Handle inbound calls while also proactively reaching out to warm leads provided by the company.
- Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits.
- Outline debt settlement terms & conditions, including monthly payments and the timeline for resolution.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, as well as company policies related to debt settlement.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in the debt settlement industry, including legal updates and market conditions, to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
- Google Workspace proficiency.
- Strong work ethic and determination.
- Proficient in email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, internet navigation, and using phone and chat tools effectively.
- Previous experience in debt settlement is a plus.
The Pay
$15.50/Hourly base rate + uncapped monthly commissions.
